It’s not that Americans don’t want to share, it is Obama wanting to punish the success of the American worker and take away the money guys like Joe The Plumber work hard for and giving it to lazy bums who don’t deserve it. America is about working hard and being successful, not having your success punished because you are too successful.
I like obama. its so fucking stupid that Americans cant share anything. In Norway we have free hospitals and doctor help. and its the same for all. If he thinks that is comunist thinking he should check his head.

Just saw your comment. Congratulation on the Obama win. I hope he is half the leader he is cracked up to be. But we won’t know until we see. I am sincerely proud of my country for electing a black man! I hope that serves as the final blow to the cancer of active racism that has plagued this country from its inception.

Yes, he is cutting taxes for the middle class. And how can you assume his tax plan will not cover new spending if we don’t even know how much new spending will be? Don’t tell me that you know unless you can see into the future. You are ‘assuming’ his tax plan cannot cover new spending. The middle class will still be paying some taxes. The loss of tax revenue can be made up for through a tax increase some other way that won’t be burdensome for the majority of Americans.

That is a sliding scale, it was 250k, 200k, 150k… now it is 120k.
Obama said “redistribute” not us.
And he is not “cutting taxes.”
He is keeping the status quo for the Middle, subsidizing the bottom, and confiscating off the top (above 120k). That is just if we go by what he says, thing is though that his tax plan will not cover new spending. So were is all of this money he needs going to come from? More deficits or more taxes man, not cool in a time of recession.
Again, Obama will get the needed tax revenue for necessary services (military defense, social security, etc.)from rich people,not the middle class. That is not the same as”redistributing wealth.”
McCain is saying Obama will “raise taxes”. I know he’s not talking to the middle class because Obama promised a tax cut for those people. So he must be talking to the rich. Nevertheless, if you think tax breaks for the wealthy is better for our economy, then by all means vote for McCain.

The government needs taxes to pay for social security,repair roads,and other services. Obama would rather get the tax revenue some other way than tax people who aren’t in the best financial position to afford it. He wants to ease the burden on those people.
